For nearly four years, Mackenzie Chamblee's life has revolved around guitars. It's safe to say that trend will continue into the future. In the beginning, it was not about music for Chamblee.
"Me and my friend Adam bought guitars, so we could look cool," Chamblee said. "It really took me playing one to realize how much I loved music."
Today, Chamblee plays guitar in the West Jones High School Band.
"It's fun knowing that you get to do what you love at school," Chamblee said. "I want to continue playing it once I graduate hopefully at Southern Miss."
Chamblee's influences over the years include Frank Zappa, John Frusciante and David Gilmore.
