Golden Eagle, Madaleine Meeks, is a junior student at the University of Southern Mississippi. Only twenty-one years in age, Meeks have traveled to Granada, Spain. She enjoys serving her community with friends and family. Meeks enjoys servicing her community with Chi Omega sorority, Vietnamese Student Association and the Honors college program.
As she soars to the top, Meeks utilizes her skills and charming personality to assist animals in need. In her spare time she fosters rescue kittens from the local community shelter in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. However, it does not stop there! Madaleine Meeks studies Spanish and News Editorial. The Mississippi scholar finds time to take pre-requisites medical courses in hopes of attending medical school after graduation. How does this connect? Well, during her bilingual journey, she plans to become a pharmaceutical practitioner in the near future.
I encourage each student and viewer in the college community to follow our MCJ 300 blog. Not only to stay up to date on local events, but to engage within our campus community. Southern Miss, TO THE TOP!
